In the interview of king abdullah with barbara walters he mentioned that one day Saudi women will drive their cars in Saudi cities " so he is not against the idea", in addition driving cars in Saudi Arabia is not a crime nor Islam forbid it.

so Manal Al-sherief started a campaign to encourage women to drive their own cars, she started to drive her car in the city streets and she had a valid international license.

then a religion man stopped her and forbid her from driving her car "Islam never forbid women from driving their cars or ridding a camel"

she refused to to do that cause there is no thing wrong or illegal with what she did

so she got detained! for several days!!

and some religion men where asking the king to whip her in front of the media , so no other woman will do anything like what Manal did!!

We are asking for your help cause no thing of this is fair!

also women really need to not be banned from driving their cars cause some of them don't have men to relay on , nor enough money to pay for caps!!
